1- This Property is part of homeowner HOA) and is in a gated community. Please be respectful of the permanent resident who are your neighbors so that we are not get red flagged by the HOA.
2- No smoking inside the house.
3- Please pick up and clean after your and the kids.
4- We have front yard and backyard cameras for your security. Please do not alter or block the cameras. There is no camera inside the house.
5- Please no loud music outside.
6- Please do not throw parties inside or outside the house.
7- Please respect your neighbors and keep low profile and park up to 2 cars in the parking garage, driveways, not on the street. There is plenty of designated parking around the house in addition to the parking garage.
8- Please confirm total numbers of guest who will stay in the house included children.
9- Please no pet is allowed inside the house and in the backyard.
10- Makeup, Wipes removers and makeup towels are provided. Please do not use white towels to remove makeup as the towels get stained.
11- Please do not leave makeup stains on pillowcases, bed sheets and comforters.
12- Respect the check-in and check out times specified by the host.
13- No late check out without prior approval. If you need a late check out, please let us know in advance.
14- Do not use white towels to wash hair with bleach.
15- Lock the back and front door after your checkout.
16- Do not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in the listing.
17- Let the host know if you need specific accommodations.
18- Please do not sleep with makeup on as they will stain the pillow cases and sheets.
19- Turn all the lights off when you leave.
